Neurology and Chest Clinic
A physiotherapist specialising in neurology and respiratory conditions is available to treat patients who, on discharge from hospital, wish to continue with their rehabilitation at home.
Patients can either be treated at the clinic or, if access is restricted, then the physiotherapist is happy to make home visits.
Treatment can be on a 'one-off' basis whereby the physiotherapist will assess, treat and advise the patient and their relatives on the rehabilitation they should continue with, OR on a more regular basis, depending on the patient’s requirements.
